At Cherssel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) unless they are unopened in their original packaging

How to Return an Item

  1. Request a Return Authorization

    • Email our customer service team at contact@cherssel.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    • You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
  2. Pack Your Item(s)

    • Securely pack your item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include the packing slip and write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship Your Return

    • Use a trackable shipping service to send your item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Items must be exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

How to Exchange an Item

  1. Request an Exchange Authorization

    • Email our customer service team at contact@cherssel.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to exchange, the reason for the exchange, and the new item(s) you would like.
  2. Pack Your Item(s)

    • Securely pack your item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include the packing slip and write the Exchange Authorization (EA) number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship Your Exchange

    • Use a trackable shipping service to send your item(s) to the address provided in the exchange instructions. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
  4. Receive Your New Item(s)

    • Once we receive and inspect your original item(s), we will ship the new item(s) to you at no additional shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@cherssel.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
